This page describes what Cryptovely collects to operate the service.
Data we collect
- Account email and subject identifier when you sign in.
- Signals you generate (pair, timeframe, model output) and optional win/loss feedback.
- Saved preferences and, for paid plans, watchlist symbols.
- Stripe customer identifier and subscription status if you subscribe.
- Standard request logs (including IP) on AWS for security and debugging.
Processors
We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, authentication, model inference), Stripe (payments), Binance (public market data), and CryptoPanic (news feed). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Account and signal records are kept while your account exists and as needed to operate the service. Stripe retains billing records under its own policies. Contact us if you want an account deleted.
