Refund policy

All sales are final. Cryptovely does not offer refunds.

Paid plans are prepaid digital subscriptions for access to market analysis and signals. You pay for the upcoming billing period in advance.

No refunds

• We do not refund unused time, unused signals, or partial billing periods.
• We do not refund because you cancelled mid-period, forgot to cancel, or did not use the product.
• We do not refund because you disagree with a signal or lost money trading. Cryptovely is not financial advice and does not execute trades.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.

Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. That remaining time is not refunded.
