Service

Cryptovely provides crypto market analysis and structured trade levels. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not execute trades and we are not a broker, exchange, or advisor.

Signals and subscriptions

The live chart and news feed are available without payment. Signals, watchlists, and saved preferences require a paid plan (Core or Elite). Pricing is shown at checkout. You can cancel or update payment methods through the Stripe Customer Portal. Paid access ends when the billing period runs out. Taxes may apply once we register for Stripe Tax; automatic tax is not enabled until then.

No refunds

All purchases are final. Cryptovely does not refund unused time, unused signals, or partial billing periods. Cancelling stops future charges only. The full policy is at /refunds. By completing checkout you agree to this no-refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use Cryptovely for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
